Tell them you are always there for them
When someone is suffering from any kind of mental health disorder, they need constant reassurance that they have their friends around them. So, make sure that you are always there for them and keep telling them this every once in a while.
Mental disease is the stigma in my nation and for so many years, it stayed the way. Yet, exactly like how I was incapable to contradict myself of this reality that there was thing wrong with me and regardless how hard I proved to remain mean, there was this part of me that hindered it, These Filipino people also would not deny that mental state issues were serious and that thing had to be made about it. I have accepted this concept that people who suffer from anxiety and sadness can never be healed.
Therapy is usually there but I’ve never actually seen it as the alternative probably because I sleep in the Filipino. Still, I gather more and more people who have taken to take assistance and thus far, there are mixed opinions. Like yourselves. There is nothing wrong with you, regardless how much this older choice attempts to inform you there is. Sadness, anxiety, PTSD, and the countless other psychological illnesses we look in increasing rates: These are the physical reactions to the crimes committed against you at the name of a fleeting worldview. They are true, but they are not the mark of weakness. They are the sign of something wrong with this reality.
Not everyone knows with severe and persistent mental disease. I’m happy companies are allowing people to take their own experience off payment for mental state and learning people about mental state. But mental state and mental disease represent worlds apart.
