If you want to follow this diet plan for weight loss, then you need to consume the food which is given in the list by the nutritionist. You need to consume these foods on the list for six days continuously and on the seventh day you can eat whatever you want. This seventh day is also known as the cheat day.
During the period of diet plan you need to consume meals per day. And also needs to avoid refined carbs, high-calorie drinks, and fruits. This diet supports a group of five main foods only. These are, fresh vegetables, animal proteins, spices, fats, and legumes. You can consume as much as you want from animal protein, fresh vegetables and legumes, and some amount of from fats and spices.

This rule indicates that you can consume whatever you want in this one day off. This day is also known as the cheat day.
